OUR MINISTRIES

Youth Ministry

Whether you grew up in a Christian home or have never set foot in a church, adolescence can be a time of questioning what you believe and why you believe it. Our youth group is more than a time for games, friends, food & fun - although you'll find all of that. It's also a time to search together for answers to your questions in the Bible.  Join us as we dive deeply into God's Word.

Youth Sunday School is held during our morning worship at 9:30 am. This is for children of all ages. St. Paul’s youth keep very active with events, dinners, movie night, vacation bible school and more.

Music Ministry

The St. Paul’s Church Music Ministry seeks to Glorify God, praise and worship Jesus Christ, and to minister to those in the congregation and abroad through music.

St. Paul’s Music Ministry consists of a Chancel Choir, youth choir, Chime Bell Choir, Praise Band, Men’s Ensemble, Women's Ensemble, and special music, each of which present music throughout the year during worship.

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir is an outstanding and dedicated 7-12 member volunteer ensemble, with participants from all ages 15 through 80+. A high quality, varied repertoire of music is utilized for worship, from the pen of J.S. Bach and many other master composers, to contemporary works, to Spirituals, to more extensive compositions. Please join us for rehearsals on Sunday mornings at 9 am.

Chime Choir

The St. Paul’s chime Choir consists of 10-15 faithful and enthusiastic chime ringers, who consistently prepare and present challenging and inspirational musical selections for worship during special services.

Vertical – Praise Band

The Praise band is the music ensemble that helps lead our morning worship. We play a wide variety of music, from the newest in Christian Rock music to the occasional hymn, and everything in between. If you have a heart for leading others in worship, and like to sing or play an instrument, please join us for practice Wednesdays at 7:30 pm.

New members are always welcome and encouraged to consider becoming a member of one of the aforementioned musical ensembles, joining many wonderful people of all ages to experience and enjoy the musical, spiritual, and social opportunities available.

Musical instruments utilized for weekly accompaniment during worship include a 3 manual pipe organ and a Steinway and Sons baby grand piano during our services and additional musicians, either church members or professionals, add strings, brass, guitars, keyboard, flute, euphonium and percussion on occasion as well.

Prayer Ministry

Is your life coming apart at the seams? Troubles coming in bunches? Relationships bruised or broken? Family issues out of control? Afraid no one cares; no one can help?

At St. Paul’s Church, we believe that prayer is essential in living your life for Christ and changing the world. Prayer is spiritual communication with God, a two-way relationship in which we not only talk to God, but also listen to Him. Our Prayer Ministry exists to support and uplift those who are in need of prayer.

Intercessory Prayer

We have intercessors praying every day over your prayer requests. On Sundays, you may submit a prayer request by completing the prayer request card located in the pew back and placing it in the offering plate or you may also submit prayer requests online.

Prayer Partners

Prayer Partners are committed to keeping our pastors, and our church, lifted up in prayer daily. Prayer Partners also pray during each worship service for God to speak through our pastors and move through our congregation in a mighty way. We know when we pray together prayer will affect our lives and the life of our church.

Lunch Lady Program

Every morning, afternoon and evening sacked lunches are made by members of St. Paul's Church and placed in the blessing box in front of the church for those in need. Food may be donated by placing your donation in the basket by the front door inside of the church or monetary donations to the Lunch Lady program.
